This is a 1 hour presentation that focuses on bringing awareness to common situations and safety threats. Emphasis is placed on prevention and de-escalation, while also touching on the importance of having tools in your toolbox to take action when necessary!
TEAM BUILDING
This is a 2 hour interactive program that includes both wellness messaging and team activity. Emphasis is placed on awareness, communication, protection, and working as a team!
INTRO TO SELF DEFENSE & SITUATIONAL AWARENESS
This is a 2 hour interactive program that provides the team an opportunity to recognize the possible dangers before they’re too late and arms them with strategies and physical techniques to increase effectiveness if faced with a self-defense situation.
